Exercise to Reduce Bulky Face

EXERCISES FOR BULKY FACE

Cheek Puff Exercise :

Inhale deeply through your mouth, then puff your cheeks out with the air. Hold this position for a few seconds, then slowly release the air through your mouth. Repeat 10-15 times.



2. Jaw Release Exercise:

Sit or stand upright and relax your shoulders. Slowly open your mouth as wide as possible, then push your lower jaw forward as far as you can. Hold this position for a few seconds, then relax and return to the starting position. Repeat 10-15 times



3. Fish Face Exercise :

Suck in your cheeks to make a "fish face" shape with your lips. Hold this position for a few seconds, then relax and return to a neutral expression. Repeat 10-15 times.

Neck Stretch Exercise :

Sit or stand upright with your shoulders relaxed. Tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Use your hand to gently press your head further into the stretch, feeling a stretch along the side of your neck. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds, then switch sides and repeat.
