- When gets up in the morning, do not wash off the oil which you get on your face, specially around your nose and chin, rather spread this oil from your nose to all over face in upward strokes. It’s the natural oil, which your body produces and is very good for one’s skin to keep it young and supple. After that you can wash your face but without soap. First face wash of the morning should be just with water.
- Fill water in your mouth and then splash water on your face and on eyes. It’s a kind of exercise.
- Drink 2 glass of lukewarm water in the morning empty stomach with a spoonful of honey and lemon juice added to it. It’s good to clean your stomach, and detoxify the toxins. With the consumption of this skin starts glowing within a month.
- Cut off the use of saturated drinks. Stop eating much of junk and fried food, which spoils the body and damages the skin.

- Always breathe properly. The correct breathing pattern makes surprising difference to your body and skin. When inhale air should reach till abdomen and when exhale you should feel light in your abdomen.
- Always add green fresh salads with your meals. This will reduce the quantity of food calories you are eating and will help you remain fit.
- Consume more of fruits and vegetables with a balanced healthy diet.
- Do wash face often but not every time with soap. If you are working keep wiping off your face with wet tissues.
- Whenever in the kitchen, you can rub lemon peel from the pulp side on your face to get rid of the grease and can apply any fruit juice on face with a cotton roll. You can wash it off after few minutes.

Then you may dig this article I read on The Gloss called “Do You Ever Hate Women Because They’re Beautiful?” Jennifer Wright sees a Victoria’s Secret model coming out of her apartment building (she either lives there or has a friend/partner there) and of course the doorman and men in the lobby are falling over themselves. “And my first thought,” Wright writes, “was ‘f**k you, bitch, I hate you.’”
OK, it’s not the most sensitive — or rational — of responses. (Wright acknowledges it’s “a stupid, pre-feminist cliche to hate someone because they’re prettier than you are.”) Jealousy makes us feel this way, of course. But I think those of us who have “I hate you” moments also make a lot of assumptions about beautiful women.
I checked with my fellow Frisky bloggers and here’s some of the assumptions we’ll cop to having made about the Giseles, Angelinas, and Tyras of the world:
- She’s dumb.
- Anything she’s accomplished, it was because she’s pretty.
- She’s confident.
- She can have any guy she wants!
- She’s straight.
- She barely eats to maintain her perfect figure.
- She’s never had her heart broken.
- She’s never lonely.
- She’s boring and has nothing interesting to say.
- She looks just like that when she wakes up in the morning.
- She always flies first class.
- That guy is only with her because she’s hot, not because she could be a really nice person or hilariously funny.
- She thinks she’s beautiful
Of course, that Victoria’s Secret model in Wright’s building could have a chronic disease, or a parent who is dying, or a painful love life. We simply don’t know: we just assume her life is perfect because she has the type of body society tells us we’re supposed to want.

1.Caring Carrot Mask: Take a carrot, grate and mix it well with one spoon of honey. Apply this all over the face and leave it for only 15 minutes. Now wash and feel the difference after regular use.
2.Punch of a Pineapple: After mashing up well a pineapple slice, mix it with the juice of an orange or a lemon and add all these ingredients with wheat flour. Apply this mixture on the face and neck. Scrub it off after some time, to get fresh and smooth skin.
3.Lemon-Egg Protector: Whip an egg white till it gets peak up and store it in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Now add the juice of a lemon and a grated tomato with this. Apply on the skin; practice the same for minimum of a month to get the soft skin.

6.Ravishing Radish Touch: Take half grated fresh radish, one spoon of vinegar, one spoon of lemon juice and one spoon of honey. Mix all these ingredients in a glass of distilled water and store in a bottle. Wipe your skin regularly to shrink open pores and reduce greasiness.
7.Healthy Honey treat: Mix one spoon of honey with the white of an egg and grated potato. Apply this on the face and let it dry. Wash it off with cold water and feel the magic of freshness.
8.Marvel milk treatment: Mix together 50 grams dried pea powder, lemon juice, one pinch of camphor and a little milk. Apply it over the face and leave it for 15 minutes and scrub it off with milk. This is good for treating scars.
9.Strawberry silky soft: Mix well about 5 strawberries, one spoon of china clay and the juice of a small orange. Apply this on the face and scrub it after about 20minutes with a towel dipped in cold water.
10.Tomato and Sandal pack: Mix well one grated tomato, one spoon of sandalwood powder and half spoon of china clay. Mix again all these ingredients in rose water and apply on the face, leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it off to feel tightened skin.
