Japan National Dish

 The national dish of Japan is Sushi (寿司). Sushi is a traditional Japanese dish that consists of vinegared rice (shari) combined with various ingredients (neta), which typically include seafood (such as raw fish or shellfish), vegetables, and occasionally tropical fruits. Sushi is renowned worldwide for its delicate flavors, artful presentation, and meticulous preparation techniques.

  4. Chirashi Sushi: A bowl of sushi rice topped with a variety of sashimi and other ingredients, served as a casual and colorful dish.

  5. Temaki Sushi: Hand-rolled sushi cones made with seaweed filled with sushi rice, seafood, vegetables, and other fillings.

Ingredients and Preparation:

  • Rice: Sushi rice is prepared with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt to achieve a sticky and slightly sweet flavor that complements the seafood and other toppings.
