It is bordered by Kentucky to the north, Virginia to the northeast, North Carolina to the east, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi to the south, and Arkansas and Missouri to the west. The state features diverse landscapes including mountains, rolling hills, and rivers.

Economy: Tennessee's economy is diverse, with key industries including manufacturing (especially automotive and aerospace), agriculture (including soybeans, cotton, and livestock), healthcare, tourism (especially music tourism), and logistics (due to its central location and major transportation hubs).

Landmarks: Significant landmarks include the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (shared with North Carolina), Graceland (the home of Elvis Presley in Memphis), the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville (a famous venue for country music), the Tennessee State Capitol in Nashville, and the Tennessee River.
